Good morning, Friend.
Welcome to Keza
Your story has not been told yet.
Keza only gets powerful once it knows you, your stage, your cycle, the conditions you live with, the goals that matter. Create a free account and tell Keza the story so every insight after this is yours, not a generic 28-day template.
Why Keza exists
Why Keza exists
Keza means beautiful woman in Kinyarwanda, a language spoken across Rwanda and East Africa. This app was named for every woman who has been the most symptomatic person in the room and the least believed. Keza is not a period tracker. It is a health intelligence system built for perimenopause, HS, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, autoimmune and inflammatory conditions — grounded in peer-reviewed research, with every source verifiable. Built by a Black woman. Named in an African language. Centred on the women most apps ignore.
Cycle at a glance
Still learning your rhythm
Log a full period and Keza will start predicting your next one. Imported data from Flo, Apple Health, or Clue counts too.
How is your body talking to you today?
No judgment, no perfect numbers. Just what is true right now, the science needs the honest version.

Nothing here yet, and that is okay. When the moment feels right, sixty seconds is all Keza needs.

Every dot is a day you showed up for yourself. Empty days are not failures, they are part of the truth too.
You deserve to be believed
If your body has been screaming and no one is listening, start here.
This is the validation appointment you have been waiting for. We map what you are feeling against SWAN and STRAW+10 staging research, show you which women like you are living the same thing, and give you the exact words to bring to the doctor.
Begin gently, I am readyYour safety, in one place
Every pill, every supplement, every herb, Keza will keep watch.
You should not have to memorize what might react with what. Add the list once and Keza cross-checks it against NIH and FDA sources, flags interactions that matter, and explains them in plain language. Educational, never a replacement for the pharmacist.
