About Keza

Built by OneInEvery10, for the body most research ignored.

What is Keza?

Keza is the wise older sister your body has been waiting for. She listens. She remembers. She connects the dots between your cycle, your flares, your sleep, your stress, the food on your plate, and the way your mood lifts or falls. Every insight Keza shows you is built from your own logs and grounded in peer-reviewed research you can read for yourself. Nothing here is a guess. Nothing here is invented. You finally have a real record of what is happening inside the body you live in.

Keza vs. a period app

A period app tracks bleeding and predicts your next cycle. That is useful, and it is also where most apps stop.

Keza listens to the whole body. Your cycle, yes, and also HS flares, sleep, stress, food triggers, perimenopause symptoms, medications, mood, movement, mental health, and the small daily wins most apps never even ask about. Keza then surfaces the patterns across all of it, with peer-reviewed citations and a ready-to-print Doctor's Corner brief.

A period app tells you when to expect blood. Keza tells you why your body is doing what it is doing, and what the research actually says about it.

What Keza means

Keza is a name from Kinyarwanda meaning beautiful, good, precious. We chose it because every woman who downloads Keza deserves to be treated as exactly that. Precious. Listened to. Finally seen by a system that has historically dismissed her pain. Keza is the friend who actually paid attention.

Why she exists

Women's health is the largest under-researched, under-funded, and under-believed area of modern medicine. The average woman with HS waits more than seven years for a diagnosis. The average woman with endometriosis waits eight. Perimenopause is barely taught in medical school. PCOS is too often managed by handing over a pack of birth control and walking away.

Keza exists because one in every ten women lives in a body the textbooks skipped. We are here to close that gap. One logged symptom. One cited study. One appointment where she finally feels heard.

What Keza does

  • Tracks your symptoms, cycle, medications, food triggers, sleep, stress, movement, and mood.
  • Surfaces patterns in your own data over time. Never invented, never inflated.
  • Connects your symptoms to peer-reviewed research you can read yourself.
  • Builds a Doctor's Corner brief so appointments stop being a guessing game.
  • Includes Roxi, a wellness companion that cites her sources every time.

What Keza will never do

  • Keza will never claim to be a medical device.
  • Keza will never diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
  • Keza will never replace your doctor, specialist, or healthcare team.
  • Keza will never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or hand it to insurers.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decision.

Privacy & your data

Your health data belongs to you. Keza never sells your data. Not now, not ever. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, employers, or insurers. You can disable AI features and export or delete your data at any time.

About OneInEvery10

OneInEvery10 is the women-led nonprofit behind Keza, on a mission to close the women's health research, funding, and care gap. We exist for the one in every ten women living inside a body the textbooks skipped.

That means women with hidradenitis suppurativa, PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, perimenopause, lupus, thyroid disease, and the long list of conditions medicine has historically shrugged at. We translate peer-reviewed research into plain English, build free educational tools, fund equitable research, and partner with clinicians who actually listen.

The Keza Project

The Keza Project is OneInEvery10's flagship initiative. An evidence-first, women-first health intelligence platform that turns daily lived experience into clinical-grade pattern data. Every line of Keza is written for the woman the system forgot, with respect for her time, her body, and her intelligence.
